    Use Platinumride in your AI assistant

    AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT can look up our routes, quote vehicle tiers and send a booking inquiry for the customer, through our public MCP server.

    How to connect

    1. Open your assistant's settings and look for the option to add a custom connector or MCP server.
    2. Paste the server URL above. No account or key is needed.
    3. Save, then ask the assistant about a transfer in your own words.

    What it can do

    • Find routes. Search our published routes by city name, airport code such as DXB or RUH, or Arabic city name.
    • Route details. Travel time, border crossings step by step, and prices per vehicle for each vehicle tier.
    • Send a booking inquiry. After the customer has agreed to our Terms of Service, the assistant can send their inquiry to our team and share a reference and WhatsApp link.
    • Travel guides. Our editorial route guides on driving time, borders and documents.

    Privacy and data

    Inquiries sent through an assistant are handled exactly like inquiries from our website, under our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

    We do not receive the rest of your conversation, only the details the assistant sends in the inquiry.
