Same car or a vehicle change at the border?
Platinumride's Salwa/Abu Samra routes between Saudi Arabia and Qatar continue in the same vehicle. Bahrain-Saudi routes use the King Fahd Causeway in the same vehicle. UAE-Saudi routes via Al Ghuwaifat/Al Batha and Dubai-Muscat routes via Hatta use coordinated vehicles on each side. These are Platinumride's published arrangements, not universal rules for other providers.
On a vehicle-change journey, you clear passport and customs checks at each post and cross to the other side by the arranged shuttle or taxi, where your next driver is waiting. Ask every provider to explain the crossing, luggage handling and any checkpoint shuttle before paying.
