You're collected anywhere in Dubai, driven to the Saudi border at Al Ghuwaifat, and after you cross between the posts by free shuttle bus or taxi, a Saudi-side driver takes you straight to the RUH terminal. Allow 12 to 13 hours from Dubai to the terminal. The Al Ghuwaifat and Al Batha crossing is the biggest variable, followed by Dubai traffic on the way out. We set the pick‑up time from your departure, leaving a margin for a slow border before check-in.
Planning around a morning flight
For a morning departure from RUH, the transfer typically means leaving Dubai the evening before and driving through the night. You arrive with time to check in, rather than paying for a night in a Riyadh hotel. If you'd prefer to sleep in a bed, book a daytime transfer the day before and stay near the airport. Either way, send us your flight number first.
